Left Alt & Windows Key Swapped

Hello People,

i would like to share my issue experience with keyboard in windows 11, after my cousin play pressing key and suddenly happen windows key is not working and after figure it out is swapped with alt key. 

so if you have same situation, can tried this step

Fn + A , Fn + S, Fn + Space bar (hold 3 seconds)

wait and see if your windows key are back.

Create A List in Folder Structure (Windows)

Want to create list content of your files in folder ?

Steps 

Open folder explorer, navigate to destination folder you wish to listed.

Type cmd in address bar then press enter

Type dir /A:D /B > MyList.txt and press Enter to generate a top-level folder list.

Substitute dir /B > MyList.txt to include files as well as folders

Substitute dir /A:D /B /S > MyList.txt to make a list of all folders and all subfolders of the directory.  

WARNING: This can take a while if you have a large directory. 

Be patient and do not close the command prompt window until it finishes and a new, blank prompt with a flashing cursor appears again.

There is a file MyList.txt, double click to view a list of folder in that directory.

How to Sharing Excel Workbook with Microsoft Office

 

1. Open file excel then go to Tab Review
2. Click "Share workbook (Legacy)", as picture below

       3. Checked "use the old shared workbooks feature instead of the new co-authoring experience"

           4. After pressing OK, then excel asking for saving the document

                    

               5. when saved document is done, the document already can used with multiple users.

Note

Pro : We can efficiently use the document with multiple users.

Cons : There is limitation used in the document such like : Sheet structure can't modified and cell format can't modified. (maybe there is more but i only found the limitation based on my needs). please comment if found more.
