How to Sharing Excel Workbook with Microsoft Office

 



  1. Open file excel then go to Tab Review
  2. Click "Share workbook (Legacy)", as picture below

       3. Checked "use the old shared workbooks feature instead of the new co-authoring experience"


           4. After pressing OK, then excel asking for saving the document

                    

               5. when saved document is done, the document already can used with multiple users.


Note
Pro : We can efficiently use the document with multiple users.
Cons : There is limitation used in the document such like : Sheet structure can't modified and cell format can't modified. (maybe there is more but i only found the limitation based on my needs). please comment if found more.
